Hi guys,

Quick question for you, I'm RMA'ing something back to OCuK tomorrow and wondered how the P&P works.

Do I pay for the package to be sent back to Overclockers as the RMA mail I received didn't really give me any idea? :)

Cheers.

Yeah you pay for P&P yourself and remember to put what they asked on their delivery details, unless you live close to them :D. They have a good turn around time, in personal experiance

Im not to sure, but when i had a problem with an old graphics, sent it back for RMA, just got a new card as it was faulty, thats it =/

It would be useful to have confirmation, as the T&C's don't give much away.

I've used a number of other online hardware retailers and they have always had the product picked up, so it's rather shocking if you have to foot the bill for an issue that you only realise AFTER taking receipt.

Yeah i know what your sayin but when you buy an item off them your in a contract since you paid, and got an invoice off them. But i would suggest go to this sub section of the forums

http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=116

And post in the RMA section with your query :D

Already done :)

I understand that you enter into a contract, but (if it is the case) it seems poor that due to circumstances unknown to the customer they should have to incur additional costs. That's the bit that doesn't seem to sit right.
