Ok, heres situation...
Laptop was purchased on 11th may, posted on 12th via Royal Mail Recorded signed for.
Email a couple of days later saying not recieved, so i send over tracking number.
Open up inbox today to be greeted by Paypal saying he's trying to claim it back off me. I phoen Royal Mail up, hand over the tracking number and she says its not been signed for, which means its either lost or stolen, fill in a claim form and claim it back.
Still got the reciept, question is, do i have to claim or does the guy who bought the laptop?
