Quick Sat Nav Multiple go to point question

Hi Quick question. borrowed a Tomtom off of my sister as I need to go to about 30 places in the next 5 days all around the same location (about 8 miles) is there any web site or software that I can input all the postcodes that I need to go to and it gives me a route of them all.

basically I dont want to be backtracking on myself if you see what I mean. I want something where I can put all the destinations in and then it tells me them in order.
