quick simple spec ?

Considering bring the pc up to spec a bit. Not wanting to spend bucket loads. Currently it would have been probably good spec 4 years ago. athlon socket A, 2x512 ocz EB pc3200. 9800 pro.

Not spending bucket loads and just noticed that the price of components has fell away a lot since i looked maybe 2-3 years ago.

So...Cheap but good increase spec on postcard. Would not mind getting to play a game or 2 again. But not wanting the latest i simply dont need it.

not sure what you'd use from you're old system, so took it that you'd transfer hd, cd/dvd, monitor, k/b, mouse.

Intel is the new AMD

more efficient ,cooler and overclock a lot more.
