Quick SLi Q...

i have a GTS 640mb and was finking ov investing in another for SLi as i knwo the price will be dropping with the new GTS and other cards cumming out...

..now does it double the ability ov the card(s) or..how does it acctully improve it?

and most ov all is it worth doing this or... ?

It just improves it. In a lot of cases it's not worth it as in most games, rather than getting another 100% increase in performance, you realistically get 50-70% depending on the game and drivers etc.

Also your motherboard isn't sli compatable. Only nvidia chipsets are compatable with sli.

Save your money for now and wait for the new cards.

well i have 2x 16xPCIe slots ??? does the trick dnt it !? or that mean i can just have 2 cards? ......

ahh i see... just dun sum research i can have cross-fire on mine... i didnt kno only nvida chipsets could do that.. ok thanx
