No, that looks mint, though I would say if you are going to be overclocking, then perhaps get an aftermarket cooler for your CPU, e.g. the scythe ninja or a freezer 7 pro,but apart from that it looks mint. The only other thing I would say is perhaps, do your really need to get such an expensive GFX card, with DX10 just around the corner? Just an opinion :)
 
Agreed with KMistry on gfx also do you need to buy corsair aswell a lot of people have superb results with either the geil or G skill ram just saves a few quid

I also agree on the GFX, I just ordered my HIS x1900 CF and hadn't thought of DX10, i wish i could go back in time :(
