Ive got £400 for a budget gaming setup, could I do any better than above? Im a bit unsure which motherboard would be best? Is that PSU overkill? What budget PSU would be best?

that's a fine budget spec. it's pretty amazing what you can get nowdays for so little cash. 
i've got the same mobo and had my old e2180 upto 3ghz. pretty lame compared to what some people have had but to put things into perspective, it's still a 50% overclock. it's not to be sniffed at.......
