I know that OcUK doesn't currently have them in stock but for the money you spend on an E6750 I'd instead go for an E8200, same speed at stock but the Wolfdale cores are supposed to overclock brilliantly.

Other than that it looks fine and your existing Akasa PSU ought to find it no problem.
