Hi guys,

I'm looking to upgrade my parents machine with a few bits. They use music publishing, word publishing, a bit of photo and sound editing but nothing too heavy. OS is going to be windows 7 and they have an intel E4300 which will do for now. I would like to have a graphics card with passive cooling which is why I've gone for the 4350.

Budget is about at its limit but if there's anything better for similar prices then I'd like to know

Id have a look at this tbh
uses integrated gfx which should be ok for their needs, 4 gig of RAM which will help a lot over 2 gig, and a 22" monitor with better resolution
