Still not got round to pulling the trigger on my M-atx 1080p gaming build. I have a Entho Evolv case and 650w Super Flower PSU and I'm thinking something along the lines of:

YOUR BASKET
1 x Powercolor Radeon R9 390 8192MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (AXR9 390 8GBD5-PPDHE) £229.99
1 x Intel Core i5-6600K 3.9GHz (Skylake) Socket LGA1151 Processor - Retail £199.99
1 x Asus Z170M-Plus Intel Z170 (Socket 1151) DDR4 Micro ATX Motherboard £102.95
1 x Samsung 250GB 850 EVO SSD 2.5" SATA 6Gbps 32 Layer 3D V-NAND Solid State Drive (MZ-75E250B/EU) £79.99
1 x Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C16 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit - Black (CMK8GX4M2B3200C16) £62.99
1 x Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU Cooler £29.99
Total : £705.90 (includes shipping : Ex.VAT).

Any reason to wait for new mobo's or go for alternate gfx cards?

Cheers!

Case fits 318mm, GPU (from what I can find) is 290mm so you should be okay by it is close. Just something to be aware of.

My build is generally similar to yours. But i got 16GB of the slower DDR4 for £80 (of cas 15 2400). I also got the m.2 version of that same 850 evo drive for the same price.

May I ask why you selected an ASUS mobo here? I notice they are quite popular. Although I confess I don't really understand why people like them so much. Mine was a Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 3.
