Quick Steam question.

Got an online-friend's birthday coming up soon, and going to purchase a game for him on Steam.

Is there any way to see which games he already has, other than asking him? I don't want to give it away, seeing as it's a surprise.

I have him on my Steam friendlist, but I do not have his details. Is there any way , via Steam, or elsewhere, that I can see which games he has bought/installed etc?

his steam ID page will have his list of games.

If you click on my sig, it takes you to my Steam community page, and there on the right is a link to the list of games I own - he will have the same :)

Any particular buys you would recommend for under £10? He pretty much has all the CS games.
