Quick Steam Question

Hi,

I haven't used steam for a couple of years, during which time I've formatted my drive. I've reinstalled today and logged into my account and there are no games listed in my library. So, I thought I'd re-add the ones I had previously, starting with the orange box, but when I enter the serial number, it's saying that it's already been activated by an existing steam account (which I presume is mine).

Anyone know what the deal with this is? Have I lost all my games? Does it not remember that I activated this from before?

Yep, it's got a 0 by it so it's listing nothing.

Hmm, really not sure if I've ever made 2 accounts but I guess that must be the only explanation. I'll try contacting customer support though as I've no idea of the login details.
