Hi guys, i have a 665 be at 4.1ghz with an Arctic cooler 7. It usually idles at around 28, and with general use, hovers around 32-35.
I am happy with these temps, but today i left EA downlaod manager downloading a game, and when i checked it after 5 hours, the cpu temp was 48. I know that there is still no problem, temperature wise, but this seems strange to me, as if i download from steam in the same fashion, leaving it on all day, it does not affect temperatures at all.
My CPU only reaches 50 max when playing Assassin's Creed Brotherhood for hours!
I suppose i am just wondering if this is normal?
Also, will a better cooler allow me to OC further? or is it not worth it?
