Quick trip to Auckland

With bit of luck will travel to Auckland for 10 days in just over a weeks time. (No accommodation etc sorted lol ) Any recommendations for places to stay ? Visit ? Eat ?

Mount Eden is pretty nice. And if you can fly across to Waiheke island you're spoilt for vineyards and nice restaurants at a load of em. There's probably a boat too :p.

I would advise accidentally missing your return flight though and having to spend another few weeks there ;).
