Quick VGA watercool question

Ok so I'm pretty set on getting the Thermaltake Kandalf LCS. Seems like an awesome case/cooling combination.

Just wondering 2 things:

1) Which should I get, the Zalman or swiftech cooler? Zalman is less expensive and seems to perform quite well from my research...and money is an issue here.

2) Do both the Zalman and Swiftech VGA blocks come with ramsinks as well? Again, I'm looking to spend as little as possible since the LCS case is quite an investment.

Because I want a case and it seems like a great deal for an all-in one solution.

Also I saw some reviews of the water cooling system and they seem to be pretty good.
