Quick Vista OEM Re-Install question..

I'm about to format my Vista Ultimate x64 install and reinstall Vista again (on the same system), but being as it's an OEM version will i be able to activate it again?

Same componants therefore you shouldnt have any issue - but please note "shouldnt"
