I use a couple of VMs on my laptop for work and every so often I back these up to either a NAS or USB hard disk. This takes absolutely ages as the files are around 20Gb.
Is there any tools I can use that will only sync the changes to the main backup on disk? I know with enterprise level you can do stuff like this with the likes of Avamar but I'm just looking for something to speed up Virtualbox VM backups.
Any ideas?
Edit: could I take snapshots and just back them up along with a copy of the main vhds?
