quick way to change "network location" in vista?

at the moment i have to right click network, properies, click on customize then choose "public" or "private" then confirm which is rather long winded, is there a quicker way to do this that i'm missing?

i don't think there is a quicker way..

but why would u wanna keep changeing between "public" or "private"?
