quick way to monitor disk activity / performance?

Hi,

The backup server needs to do a lot of work in the background but it isn't clear if it can cope with multiple jobs at the same time. What's the best way to see if the hdd / memory is bottlenecking ?

Looked into using performance within admin tools but it isn't that clear, any others ?
