Quick WC matches question

How come four matches are being played today instead of three? I've watched every match so far, but obviously I won't be able to now as two are being played at the same time. :o
 
Probably because they want to get the final group games out of the way so the teams have a bit of rest before the last 16 round starts.

Personally im just going to watch the games that im interested in ie Argies vs Greece and SA vs France because i want to have a good ole laugh at the French for being such utter numpties with the way they have imploded.
 
I thought it was so that each group plays both games at the same time? Stop match fixing and all that bob.

Yeap that's the reason.

Doesn't make much sense though. Say for example the games about to kick off in an hour or so. If Mexico/Uruguay want to draw, it doesn't matter when France/S Africa play.

Personally I reckon I will be having one streamed and one on the tv if I'm really interested in both.

Ahh ok well then if thats the case then fair enough...i was just taking a wild guess as to why they were now going to play 4 games for the rest of this week..with 2 starting at 3 and 2 starting at 7.

Luckily for me i have 2 TV's with 2 different sky boxes in my office so i can watch both games simultaneously:p:D
