Quick Win 7 question

I bought a full copy (i.e. not OEM) of Windows 7 Ultimate but the latop it is running on is failing. It's an old Toshiba R500 + runs hotter than an oven!!

Can I unregister Windows and install the copy onto another machine?

unregister? as far as I know just install on the new machine

OK - so when I go to register the OS on machine #2 I won't reveive something like 'already registered blah blah'?

There is no limit to re-installs as far as Im aware, other than it can not be activated on more than 1 PC at a time.
