As title says, will be mainly used for office apps. but as is being used as a company PC I have set the budget at around £650. Everything not in this pic (eg. DVD drive, etc.) has already been decided on and so is irrelavent.

Please just have a quick glance over and let me know if all this stuff will fit together no problems and if you have any suggestions please post them here:

Thanks a lot guys.

(P.S: No overclocking will be done on this I'm afraid, is a company PC)

In addition to what melbourne720 says the graphics card may be slightly overkill if no gaming is to be done (after hours perhaps?).

You could get an Antec NSK4400 or NSK6500 with a PSU included and save a bit more cash or if that doesn't appeal the Akasa Zen is a cheaper case without PSU. :)

Thanks again, but I'm sticking with the graphics card because of the silent heatsink and just in case someone gets a bid bored...

As for the HDDs, I'm using 2 identical ones not in RAID so can take a complete backup of all work done every so often.

Thanks for the help guys, I think I'm pretty much set now ;-)

This would do spectacularly:

4 GiB RAM, fast 2D, passively cooled graphics, for just a wee bit more money.

In reality for office tasks you could spend A LOT less money and get pretty similar results.

Was told not to bother going cheapo if it was a noticeably slower system. The main worry is the people who use it will be mega multi-tasking probably with the stock markets open, a powerful accounting program and what have you.

For a company PC the £200 difference is nothing (have spoken to them about this), so I'd rather not risk it but thanks for the alternate spec, and I will downgrade the GFX and the mobo, with the 2GB ram being for vista.
