Quick Xbox360 Collection Question.

My Xbox360 has bit the dust with the 3ROL. Now ive been sent a postage label and on the email it has a link for places to drop it off, now on the phone yesterday i could have sworn he said UPS would pick it up.

Been on support to ask for twenty minutes but got fed up and thought i would ask here instead.
