I'm new to using zwift and have recently just been doing 2hr pre made workouts rather than any training programmes.
I've found I can complete these workouts fairly comfortably using the watts targets it gives me. Is there anyway of increasing the targets to make the workouts more difficult?
I'm not sure where it gets the targets from? Are they a percentage of ftp? I haven't done an ftp test on zwift so will this cause an issue?
