Quick BFG RMA Question
This may seem daft but better to look stupid and do it right.
I am about to return a card under RMA and the e-mail says to package the card in a plain box and to send only the card (no dongle, software etc).
My question is, do they mean just to stick the card inside a plain box (obviously inside the anti-static envelope it came in and with suitable packing) or to send it back in it's original box inside an outer box, again with suitable packing material.
Like I said, somewhat trivial but I know how fussy some of these companies can be with RMAs.
