Well, 2 yeard of boozing and eating willy-nilly has turned my once-lithe frame into a bit of a flabby rack. My stomach is no longer defined, and my man breasts aren't as firm as days of yore.
So basically what I want to know is that is there is a diet and exercise plan that I could rigidly adhere to that would see me lose weight and gain definition in a sensible amount of time WITHOUT starving myself or anything equally negative.
I'm looking for a diet and exercise plan that's easily maintainable (eg: doesn't involve scaling everest or swimming the english channel daily) and really don't know sod-all about any of this or where to begin really.
