Quickest way to make 30 letters? (MS Word)

Hi guys

i have to make 30 appointment letters, every letter is exactly same apart from the name, address and date/time of the appointment.

i'm fairly sure MS word can do that automatically for you when you filling in something like small database.

or there is better/quicker way that above?

Start the mail merge wizard, what version of office do you have?

office 2003 at home, i think office 2000 at work

not really, just if it was already in a database. You could have done it very easily.

If you had the address's in a databse or outlook you could import them

well we got huge database of client's details from the date of 2004, is it possible that i can pick the last 30 clients to make letters? also some details from the main database doesnt needed for the appointment letter. is it possible?
