Quickest way to switch user RDP

Looking for the quickest way to switch users on a remote desktop session, does anyone have any ideas?

I know I can just end the session and enter new credentials and I can also use task manager. Ideally I'd just like a batch file shortcut on the desktop.

Do you mean switch user as in close the current rdp window (disconnect) and launch a new one (as the new user)?

Ideally not. I'd like to just click a file or something and it instantly switch to the new user.

Disconnecting and reconnecting means I have to wait 30 seconds for the user to respond.
