quickie about fan directions

with my top 360 rad am i better having push/pull going upwards out of the case or pulling into the case and having rear fan exhausting???

there is no difference mate, id have them pulling as its easier to clean but either way is fine, there no difference temp wise, also better going out than in

I was gonny put them in a push and pull config it was more as to whether I should place them blowing into the case ot taking air out of the casre

Out of the case is better as the air will be hot from the radiator plus you will have natural convection as an aid.

I always try to have a flow of air through the case, one in and the rest making a flow out.

So front rad blowing into case along with side fan and rear fan and top rtad exhausting air out.

And is there defo no gain whatsoever in using a push/pull system then just pulling out?

Only if it is a thick radiator or you really need extra cooling.

yes

don't forget that the orientation of the psu fan can have a bearing on ambient temps in a case.

Doesn't really matter which way the PSU fan is facing, i tend to do what ever looks best lol

Yeah ...face it down...that way it's pulling in fresh cool air from outside and not hot air from inside the case
