is a 4 hour run of aida64 a good indication of a stable OC?? followed by an hour or so of AC black flag

For day to day use sure! If it was me I would be very surprised if I then had issues.

:****olutely not, you must stress test in the sahara desert, with no fans for 1 month minimum whilst simultaneously running multiple avx based CPU killing programs.

Thnx for replys. Reason I ask is I can run aida64 for 12 hours with max temp of 64, run numerous runs of the ROG real cine bench and play various games all day as well as usual internet use with no BSOD but will fail within 2 mins of intel burn test which I'm led to believe makes my pc unstable
