Quicky help please - mixing ram size??

Hi,

Just a quicky.

I currently have this motherboard:
ASUS P5KC
And two 1GB memory sticks:
OCZ 2GB PC2-8500 1066MHZ

Can I buy a 4GB pack the same speed (2x2GB sticks) and add them in as well making a total of 6GB?

I've got 4 spare slots on the motherboard.
