Could I order a PC without a graphics card or SSD? I already have an Asus 1070 Dual OC and SSD's, so obviously don't want either. Just a build in the case and I can upgrade in the future.

Put in a post in the above forum area *Customer Service*

Explain to them you want *insert BB code (or whatever the basket link thingy is)* and ask them if for that particular buy if they'd be able to remove the parts you don't want. Usually they'll update the price for you (although I know before years back I had to buy what was shown but then they'd refund me over the next few days the difference of what they took off) :)
I've personally done it a handful of times and it's been completely (for those builds/buys anyway).
