Quidco Customer Support ?

Ello,

I've used topcashback for quite a while now and not really had any major issues, anythign went awry their CS was always on top of it and responded decently to any message.

Quidco however, is there any way to reply back to messages their Customer support send? I can't find it. Similarly I cant find any way to check up or rerequest a claim be looked into without starting off a whole new ticket.

Or have they moved all their CS tot he "paid for" members only?

I appears I can reply to only messages I start in the "ask us a question" section but not the raise a claim section :/

Just a rant as I'm awaiting for a couple of fairly large claims to have the ok button clicked it seems lol

I'd say just start a "ask us a question" question and refer to your claim. I don't have experience though as I've never needed to request any claim, Quidco has always been excellent for me.
