Quidco problem, it never tracks

Anyone else have this problem when using Quidco? I've made numerous purchases using it and it tracked the first few, then after this it NEVER tracks. I always have to submit cashback queries which take months to go through.

Using firefox if that makes a difference?

Had 1 item not track in 3 years of Quidco usage (IE and Chrome).

Sorry - cannot say I've had the same issue.
Maybe I'm lucky but so far everything I've tried to get through Quidco has tracked and ultimately paid out.
Just recently got £50 for an insurance policy for our cat and £45 for our home and contents insurance.
Can make some nice amounts via Quidco.

I had this at the end of last year. One particular purchase didn't track, so I claimed for it only to have the retailer reject it. Miffed me a little bit if I'm honest as the main reason I used that particular retailer was due to getting 10% cashback.

Only thing I can suggest is get yourself ccleaner and do a full clean before doing a shop.

Cookies etc could well be your enemy here, personally I have a seperate browser install that I use jut for quidco purchases, I use IE for general browsing but will fire up a bog standard clean firefox install for use with quidco/topcashback as I've founf it to be even more reliable that way.

I'd clear the cache/cookies etc..

The only one I haven't had track is a £90 Vodafone claim which was then rejected even though I provided the correct order number and had the email receipt, buggers
