As per title -

Whats best to go for to replace the stock intel cooler which sounds like it is going to take off?

Not more than £30, and it needs to be quiet :)

You could also go for the Artic Freezer 7 or and it might be slightly outside your budget the original non extreme version of the Ultra 120A with a decent fan.

Well the Coolink is a good option as far as I can tell. It costs just under £30 and comes with a fan controller too. It's a big difference in sound vs the intel stock cooler. What chip are you cooling and what case do you have?

Its an E6400 and an Antec P150 if that helps!

try 5v or 7v with the stock cooler.

Not sure how it would cope heat wise, but it'd be quiet enough.

Given youre not overclocking etc, temps in the high 50s are fine. Well within spec.

How do I go about doing that? :p

Sorry if that sounds a bit dim - I gave up modding/overclocking a few years back.
