I'm looking for a relatively quiet 7850, speed isn't the main priority, I'd rather have something quiet than a hairdryer that is overclocked.

Also is a 7850 the best value for a £130 budget?
 
Brilliant card for the money. I had one (bought for a lot more) and it overclocked to over 1000MHz and ran quietly.
