Quiet 80mm fans

Any recommendations? i need some thing reasonably cheap and quiet that obviously have to keep the case cool.

I can reccomend noiseblocker 80mm fans, i got the S3 and its very quiet on my cpu heatsink at 1600rpm, the S2 is even quieter but less airflow.
