Quiet and cool E4400

I am overclocking this chip and currently using the stock HSF, which is louder than an elephant with its tail caught in a mousetrap :/ Any suggestions for a decent cooler for the C2D e4400 which is quiet, and can handle high temps due to overclockage? Thanks!

I used a AC 7 with a E4400 system I built, it was sufficient for a 3GHz OC and silent.

If your looking for the few extra degs then the Tuniq Tower or a Noctua.
