Quiet and cool?

What would be the best way to cool my 4690k? I want low temps but very quiet.

I test max temps with prime95 which is pretty extreme

I don't want to spend a fortune though

My case is a isk600

You have 170mm to play with, you should be able to get a better cooler than that

Are you using tall heat spreaders on the RAM?

If you want better cooling go with a top tier air cooler for £50-70.00 and have cooling as good as the best CLCs but much quieter .. and when CLC noise level is lowered to that of top air, top air has a clear advantage.

High end air coolers generally have two large 120/140mm fans

Will they fit and run quiet?

D15 is 165mm - http://www.noctua.at/main.php?show=productview&products_id=68&lng=en&set=1

So both should fit as your case has 170mm clearance. They are both extremely quiet

Probably the D15, I've never heard anything bad about that, not heard much at all about the Tisis to be honest!
