Quiet case fans with decent airflow?

I am looking for quiet 140mm fans with decent airflow,
is there any good ones for a decent price.

What case you have and what to control the case fans have.

I use all PWM case fans and control them with CPU PWM signal and sometimes GPU PWM fan signal. This way case fans speed up and supply more air at the same ratio as component fans do.

If you want to use 3-pin fans Tealc makes PWM to analog converters that use PWM signal to control 3-pin fans.. and it works very well.
