Quiet cpu cooler needed

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a good but quiet cpu cooler for an Intel Core i7 6700K?
Also a quiet PSU unit too please?

Noctua nhd15 is very quite and keeps things cool also dark rock pro 3

Cooler relies heavily on clearance in case
and psu depends how hungry your GPU is
And both also depend on how much you are willing to spend
I would recommend a fanless power supply from superflower and the same cooler as above, the nhd15/ndh14 dark rock pro3 or go liquid (custom or aio at least 240mm of rad space to allow for low rpm fans)
