Quiet CPU Cooler

I've just got the E8400 CPU, and I'm using the stock cooler at the moment, but I want to make the PC quieter.
Can anyone recommend a quiet CPU cooler that would be compatible?

I've started to look at the Ninja-PLUS Rev B Heatpipe Cooler, with 120mm fan which has air flow of 68.5 CFM at 20.94 dBA

Can recommend the Ninja here. You dont need a fan on it if you have a good case.

Haven't quite decided yet. The cooler ideally has to be as quiet as can considering the cooling so I've been looking at the Scythe Ninja-CU Full Copper CPU Cooler, Tuniq Tower 120 CPU Cooler or the Zalman CNPS9500-AT CPU Cooler.
Not sure which way to lean, as I don't want to spend too much either.
