Quiet CPU cooler

I'm looking to get a 2500k, though wont be overclocking it at all. I do, however, want it to be really very quiet. I'm looking to spend up to £50 on a heatsink though would preferably only spend around £35. Any suggestions for a quiet cooler?

I'm told that the Fenrir can be really loud and that the Silver Arrow should be considered - but nobody seems to have stock.

Thoughts?

cogage arrow, can be had for just over £40 from the same place u probably saw the silver arrow, comes with 1 fan, but if no overclocking at all, then could be used passively.
