Quiet CPU fan

Howdy.

So I just moved house and now my PC sits on a big bookshelf, and the current Zalaman CPU cooler sounds like a small commercial jet taking off, all the time.

Just wondering if anyone could recommend a decent, fairly cheap (30-40 sqid) aftermarket cooler that has decent flow and is nice and quite? Speed controls not necessary but would be nice.

Socket is 1155 to fit an Antec 900 case.

PWM is automatic fan speed control, so it only ramps up when needed determined by settings in the BIOS.

I have a Gelid Tranquillo which was pretty awesome at both cooling and noise, no need for it now as I've gone to a water cooler.
