OK so I need to get some new fans , And I dont know very much about what fans are more quiet than others ..I need 3 x140mm Quiet Fans ...LED would be nice ( Blue or Red ) ...I have about £30 to spend I know it's not a lot of cash ..but it's all i have ..can anyone give me some advice please on what would be a good choice ...Thanx
