Excellent spec, you will want a diferent cooler for the CPU though (I can't see one listeD) as the stock isnt very quiet.

If you don't want tos pend much then get the arctic freezer 64 and run at 7v, if you have a bit more left in your budget then the scythe ninja.

Edit: The stock X2 cooler is good (XP-90 good) , but it is far from quiet. It uses a 70mm delta fan that goes up to 5000rpm

One of the greatest spec's Ive seen for a while.

The stock 4400 cooler is good, I heard its quite silent. But a 9500 wont hurt :)
