XFX is really loud, they set the fan profile really aggressive to get super low temps.
Sapphire is meant to be pretty quiet.
The ASUS is about average, but you can quieten it down really easily by making your own fan curve in Afterburner.
MSI's are quiet but expensive (but do have good stock OC's).
Personally I'd say grab the ASUS one for £99, it's a good deal, then just set your own fan curve (takes all of 2mins).

I have a 6850 HIS iceq; and it is whisper quiet ... whisper ... ya ya if you turn the fan up to 100% sure you can hear it but during regular use and gaming ... thing is silent<pretty impressed with the one fan option from his and their cooling is fantastic IMO.
