Quiet Keyboard and Mouse?

I use a Corsair K70 (MX Reds), providing you don't hammer the keys (like I do) it is fairly quiet. Adding some O Rings yourself would solve some of the noise issue. I like it for its key switches being above the backplate which means easy cleaning, as well as the volume scroll wheel which is quite hard to find on a mechanical keyboard to be honest.
I have only had one other mechanical keyboard and that was Cherry MX Blues, a world louder than reds at least. Corsair have just released their Strafe keyboard with "Cherry MX Silent" keys, I can't vouch for them but it may be worth doing some research on if you plan to get a gaming keyboard.
I cannot vouch for any other Cherry keys unfortunately

As for quiet mice... I've not necessarily had a loud mouse before? Not that I've noticed at least.
