Depends if you just want a generic mouse that's quiet or a gaming mouse. Logitech has a bunch of silent mice, think there is one that's literally called that. There is also the M330, which is pretty quiet.
If you want gaming mice, anything with optical switches I guess. They aren't necessarily quiet, they just have a much duller and bassier click compared to the typical mechanical ones. So you'd be looking at the new Razer line (Deathadder V2, Viper, Viper Mini, etc), preferably with their V2 optical switches. Viper Mini is probably the quietest click on a gaming mouse I've heard, but it's very small mouse. There's also Roccat Burst Pro, but it's basically a claw grip only mouse, it's wide af and the clicks are meaty feeling. More of a thud than a ping.
