Missus has an old, out of warranty Nvidia 8800GS 384MB Video card, and its time to bring her a bit more upto date.
Seems the 460 768MB Card is the ideal replacement - good upgrade in terms of pure grunt over the 880GS, and a lot better than its ATI equivalent the 5770 it seems on the benchmarks I've looked at.
It's priced in about the £100 sweet spot, but willing to pay a few pounds more for a model with a really nice, quiet cooler.
Can anyone make any suggestions?
